Creative Assembly finally launched the long awaited Immortal Empire Campaign beta. Players have been waiting for this feature in Total War: Warhammer 3 since launch back in February.

Player numbers have literally skyrocketed due to the release of the Immortal Empires Campaign according to the Warhammer 3 Steamcharts numbers.

Prior to the launch of the Immortal Empires campaign in Warhammer 3 the player numbers were around 8000. With the launch of the Immortal Empires beta the player numbers skyrocketed to 119'000, basically an increase of over 10 times.

Of course these are peak numbers and we will have to wait and see if Creative Assembly can retain players within Total War: Warhammer 3. The community response to the beta has been very positive. A lot of players are surprised the campaign runs so smooth and most players don't even have crashes.

There are still a few unintended mechanics like the hilariously overpowered Zombies in Warhammer 3.
