Crazy 750 Turn AI Only Time Lapse in Immortal Empires Total War Warhammer 3 Campaign
Have you ever wondered how the AI would handle a Total War: Warhammer 3 Immortal Empires campaign? Now you finally have the chance to see what actually happens if the player doesn't do anything in Warhammer 3.
The Youtube Channel The Great Book of Grudges published a video with the time lapse.
Turn 1 - AI Only Immortal Empires
First we have the turn 1 where it all begins. The Immortal Empires map in Warhammer 3 is huge and has an insane amount of different factions.
Turn 100 - AI Only Immortal Empires
By turn 100 we can already see that Skarsnik (Crooked Moon) from the Greenskins captures plenty of the map in the middle (blue/purple). Far in the south we also see that Oxyotl (Ghosts of Pahuax) from the Lizardmen conquered most of the land in the south. Tiktaq'to (Tlaqua), another Lizardmen also captured a lot of areas in the south.
In the east we can also see that Vilitch the Curseling (Puppets of Misrule) conquered plenty of land already and the Greenskin Grimgoire Ironhide is already rapidly expanding.
Turn 200 - AI Only Immortal Empires
By turn 200 we can see that Skarsnik (Crooked Moon) from the Greenskins got obliterated in the middle, nothing left apart from dust from his faction. Wurrzag didn't capture land of Skarsik, but confederated him.
In the west of the Immortal Empires campaign in Warhammer 3 Total War we can see the the High Elf Alith Anar (Nagarythe) losing a lot of ground. In Itza [Itza] also lost a lot of ground against his fellow Lizardmen Tehenhauin (Cult of Sotek] in the south west.
Count Noctilus (The Dreadfleet) from the Vampire Coast also got obliterated by Eltharion the Grim (Yvresse) from the High Elves.
Turn 300 - AI Only Immortal Empires
By turn 300 we can see that the middle stays interesting. Wurrzag almost lost all of his territory because Helman Ghorst (Caravan of Blue Roses) from the Vampire Counts is expanding rapidly.
By the way, did you know that Helman Ghorst's Zombies are hilariously overpowered?
Turn 400 - AI Only Immortal Empires
By turn 400 Vlad von Carstein (Sylvania) loses all gained territories against the Woodelf Orion (Talsyn). In the west we can see that Lord Mazdamundi (Hexoatl) from the Lizardmen gained extra land in the south west and obliterated In Itza in the process.
In the North west another interesting thing happened. Welch (Norsca) from the Mung faction conquered a lot of land. He is a non playable lord. Valkia the Bloody (Warriors of Chaos) from the Legion of the Gorequeen also started expanding towards the south.
Turn 500 - AI Only Immortal Empires
By turn 500 Vlad von Carstein decided to expand towards the north in the middle as the Woodelf Orion seems to not want to back down and give up some of the conquered land.
In the south west Markus Wulfhart /Empire) from the The Huntsmarshal's Expedition single handedly evaporated the Lord Mazdamundi from the Hexoatl faction.
Not only that but the High Elf Tyrion (Eataine) starts to expand towards the west and taking a lot of land for himself.
Turn 600 - AI Only Immortal Empires
By turn 600 the west side stays interesting. After Tyrion conquered much of the west side he basically lost all land again to Munch (Norsca).
In the middle of the map the Dwarf Belegar Ironhammer (Clan Angrund) also gains quite a bit of land while pushing back Helman Ghorst. Meanwhile the Woodelf Orion keeps expanding in the north.
Turn 700 - AI Only Immortal Empires
By turn 700 the biggest change comes from the Dwarf Belegar Ironhammer (Clan Angrund) as he keeps pushing towards the north along the mountains.
You can also notice that Alarielle the Radiant (Avelorn) from the High Elves gained land in the south west. That is because they confederated Melwin (Citadel of Dusk) which still hand land in the south west.
Turn 766 - AI Only Immortal Empires
By Turn 766 we can see that the Dwarf Belegar Ironhammer (Clan Angrund) once again gained more land in the middle pushing back the Vampire Counts even further.
After the High Elves got pushed back onto their island they finally made it back to the west, almost killing off Malekith in the process.
