How to get past the Gnarled Door in the Green Hags Den in Baldur's Gate 3

After you have fought Auntie Ethel the Green Hag in her house she will move into the Entrance Gallery room eventually where you will find a very strange room.

Inside the room you see a Gnarled Door that you have to get through to chase the Green Hag in Baldur’s Gate 3.

Now how do you get past it? It is actually pretty simple, just walk through it. It’s just an illusion! Definitely don’t equip the Whispering Mask that is placed on the table on any of your characters, it won’t end well, trust me on this one.
